The location is nice, 1 mile from a night club. The employees are EXCELLENT and affable.

The hotel is located directly in the party center of Cancun. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are big and you can stay there. The food was okay. Unfortunately, there's no pool. It's really all inclusive - I can confirm that.

The bathtub was not usable (hardly any water came out and it was not warm). The lobby is very hot and you cannot stay there. Unfortunately it is far away from the beach.

The room we had was incredible and nicely equipped, came with a 6-bed bedroom and a bath tub, as example. The hotel had a marvellous location just next door to Plaza la Fiesta. The service was absolutely fantastic. Its staff was wonderful and absolutely amazing;)))

All was fine and met my expectations.

There is a window above the room door, so the room is always a little bright. There is a high noise level at least on the first floor.

The food was excellent at every meal.

The cleaning times were always different.

This place has a really cool setting, being situated in an old shopping mall that's been transformed into something exceptional.

The staff was extremely friendly. The food was perfect. I'd give five stars.

During Easter, my friends and I had an amazing time at the hotel. the free cocktails and snacks were a treat and we were beyond thrilled to get to enjoy them. the location was perfect as it was close to all the Easter festivities and allowed us to experience everything Cancun had to offer.

The hot water for showers took some time to actually heat up, which was a bit annoying. noise from other rooms was audible and could be disturbing when trying to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at the Arts Hotel in Cancun. The location was superb, right in the heart of the Hotel Zone and close to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The private bathroom was a pleasant surprise and the bed was large and comfortable. Despite reading about potential noise issues, we didn't experience any disturbances during our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and English-speaking, providing us with helpful information. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.
